All Cancelations are subject to a $25 cancelation fee. November 1st to May 31st we require 72 hrs notice .  The months of June  and October ( shoulder seasons) we require 7 days notice for all cancelations. Cancelations in the months of  July , August ,September and all Holiday weekends require 30 days notice. Any booking cancelation of 3 cottages or more, year round requires 30 days notice. Failure to provide notice as stated , will require payment in full for the reservation for any dates that are not rebooked.
