We require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date for reservations of 5 nights or less. For reservations of 5 nights or more, we require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the arrival date. For holidays, holiday weekends, or months of July, August, and September, we require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the arrival date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the full charge of the reservation, if the cottage cannot be rebooked.
