We require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date for reservations of 5 nights or less. For reservations of 5 nights or more, we require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the arrival date. For holidays, holiday weekends, or months of July, August, and September, we require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the arrival date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the full charge of the reservation, if the cottage cannot be rebooked. All cancellations are subject to a $25 administration fee.
